Dr. Susan Foster

Dr. Susan Foster, Ph.D., Facilitator
Dr. Foster has nearly 3 decades of experience in education, counseling, and Jungian-archetypal psychotherapy.
Along with her work as a facilitator at the Kiloby Center for Recovery, Dr. Foster is currently in private practice as a Spiritually-based Counselor in Idyllwild, California and is a professor in psychology at Argosy University. Most recently she taught brief psychotherapy, human development, child and adolescent therapy and sits as chair on dissertation committees.
Dr. foster has both her Masters and PhD from The Pacifica Graduate Institute. Her degrees are in clinical psychology with emphasis in Depth Psychology (this based on the work of Carl Jung and archetypal psychology). Dr. Foster’s undergraduate work is in Human Development with emphasis in special education. She has taught children of all ages from infancy to adulthood; including 11 years as pre-school, kindergarten and 5 years elementary school, junior high, high school and special education. She worked primarily in the private sector but also in the public school system.
